About Frank
Frank began his legal career working insurance defense for a large insurance company. Early on he transitioned into the area of PIP where he spent the next 6 years learning the ins and outs of the entire PIP arbitration process. Now he works for Kotlar, Herandez and Cohen as the main PIP attorney handling forthright arbitrations. He uses his legal knowledge to ensure the firms clients recieve the full amount they are entitled to under their insurance contract.
Frank graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Catholic University of America with an economics degree in 2014. He also was an university scholar.
He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2017 Cum Laude and was awarded the Pro Bono award for the hours of service done. He served as an editor of the Rutgers Law journal of Public Policy and was leader of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
Frank is a life long New Jersey resident who currently lives in Mt. Laurel where he spends to much time enjoying the Philadelphia sports teams.
