About Jack
John “Jack” Monari joined the Kotlar, Hernandez, and Cohen team in August of 2023, where he proudly devotes his practice to representing “the little guy” in their workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Kotlar, Hernandez, and Cohen, Jack worked primarily in civil litigation where he gained a wealth of experience in navigating the intricacies of the legal landscape and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Court of Appeals.
Jack was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he still resides with his wife, daughter, and son. Jack is a graduate of St. Joe’s Prep and Holy Family University, where he received a B.A. in History with a double minor in Political Science and Pre-Law. After earning his Juris Doctor from Drexel University School of Law, Jack served as a Law Clerk for two years under both Michelle Smith, the Clerk of the Superior Court, and the Honorable Kathi F. Fiamingo, J.T.C. in Burlington County’s Court of General Equity.
