About Lindsey
Lindsey Burwell is a dynamic attorney who has been representing injured workers in New Jersey exclusively for fifteen years. She uses the knowledge and experiences she has acquired over that time to expedite her client’s receipt of benefits. Lindsey attended Rutgers University Law School in Camden at night while working as a legal assistant during the day. After graduating, she worked at a personal injury law firm in South Jersey for approximately fourteen years, where she became a partner. She has appeared in numerous vicinages throughout the State of New Jersey, and she has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Her focus has always been on providing excellent legal representation to her clients with compassion and zealous advocacy. She approaches each client’s claim with creativity and problem-solving skills, which enables her to prioritize that which matters most to her clients. The firm’s People First mission statement is what drew Lindsey to join the firm in 2024. Before attending law school, she graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick cum laude with a major in psychology in 2001. During her time at Rutgers, Lindsey competed at the Division I level in diving and was a member of the Big East Swimming and Diving Academic All Star Team from 1998 through 2001.
